The session will focus on sharing best practices in facilitating and teaching online courses. Aalto students like taking online courses that they can complete at their own pace whenever they want. At School of Chemical Engineering we run a few large online courses with hundred of students. The approach seems to work well. However, the question how to effectively keep students engaged and motivated remains open. Academic Staff who teach online courses or are interested in developing online courses in the future can join this session.
