The concept of well-being at work can vary depending on the university, country and local context. That is why Unite! presents a wide range of actions aimed at improving the quality of life at work for teaching and administrative staff.
The following inventory, prepared by Unite! Cm.6 – Professional Development and Training – aims to facilitate the exchange of good practices between the nine partner universities of the Alliance. It presents, by theme, all the key and major actions implemented locally to improve the professional experience of employees.
We hope that this document will inspire you, as human resources departments, workplace wellbeing specialists, managers and others, to implement new actions. We also sincerely hope that it will serve as a starting point for constructive dialogue and meaningful exchanges on this topic between our nine universities, enabling us to share best practices across borders and improve existing initiatives through the diversity of perspectives.
