The meeting consists of two parts. First, Wroclaw Tech will present exemplary initiatives we have implemented across different areas to strengthen community on our campus. These initiatives will showcase how universities can foster belonging, collaboration, and engagement among faculty & staff. Following the presentation, we warmly invite all participants to join the discussion, share their own experiences and ideas, and exchange best practices. Together, we aim to inspire one another and explore new ways to become truly Unite! D in the academic sphere.
Agenda:
- Introduction (max. 10 min; led by Unite! Networking Hub team) - Welcome, brief overview of Unite! and Networking Hub, Introduction of Host
- Main Discussion (45 min; facilitated by Host) - Diving into the topic for a substantive and engaging conversation
- Conclusion with Survey (5 min; led by Unite! Networking Hub team) - Wrap-up with a short feedback survey to gather insights from participants

What is the Unite! Networking Hub?
The Unite! Networking Hub is a virtual space designed for academic and administrative staff from Unite! ’s partner universities. It’s more than just a networking event, it’s a collaborative hub where colleagues come together to connect and engage with peers facing similar challenges, share best practices and tools, exchange experiences and ideas, and foster a strong cross-institutional community spirit. Whether you're looking to solve a problem, showcase an initiative, or simply talk about your day-to-day work with someone who understands, the Networking Hub is for you.
How does it work?
- 9 sessions per year, one per month (starting in October 2025)
- Held on the third Tuesday of each month at 13:00 CET
- Each session lasts approximately one hour
- Hosted on a virtual platform
