What did you do?
I participated in the 7th Unite! Dialogue as a Wroclaw Tech Cm6 representant.
What did you gain from this experience?
I received tremendous support as a new participant in the project. I got to know people working in similar positions at foreign partners and with shared professional interests, and I established relationships with them that I hope will help me in my work. I was able to practice conversations in English in real-life situations. All of this has boosted my self-esteem and sense of belonging to my university and the project.
What made you choose a Unite! partner?
Grenoble INP-UGA was the organizer of the event.
What are your expectations for Unite?
I believe that the project will create new opportunities for sharing best practices in HR between Unite! partner universities and implementing joint initiatives in employee development (mobility, courses, training, team-building activities, career paths) that would not be possible or as easily implemented without the existence of the alliance. I hope it will also allow for the building of sustainable relationships between employees across borders and beyond boundaries.
