21 days proposed as daily training three weeks long. The Challenge includes 15 trainings for working days and 6 additional proposals for weekends.
The training is organized in 21 parts, each devoted to different aspects of Diversity and Inclusion. Each day, we'll share short readings, videos, and podcasts on various aspects of diversity and inclusion. On weekends, you can relax and involve your family and friends by watching a film or listening to music. Few minutes daily is needed to explore these resources and gain new perspectives on diversity and inclusion issues. This challenge is designed for Uniters at all levels of familiarity with diversity and inclusion initiatives.
1. Awareness of different aspects of Diversity and Inclusion, i.e. neurodiversity, gender issues, disability etc.
2. Knowledge and practical skills of increasing inclusion, like accessibility issues, psychological safety and inclusive communication
3. Care for one's own mental state, including awareness of negative phenomena such as burnout and anxiety and the ability to practice mindfulness
Unite! 21 Day Diversity and Inclusion Challenge is available for everybody at Unite! universities.
