This two half-day seminar brings together faculty members, administrative staff, and industrial partners who are actively engaged in embedding social responsibility and sustainability across higher education and professional practices.

The event aims to foster dialogue and collaboration between academia and industry, with a particular focus on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) framework and the approach developed by the MIT Center for Systems Awareness. Together, we will explore how inner development competencies can support education for sustainability, innovation, collaboration, and well-being.

Intended learning outcomes

This seminar brings together academic staff and practitioners to explore how Inner Development skills can support Social Responsibility Education in higher education.
