The Unite! Training Programme on Sustainability for Prospective Leaders is a transnational learning journey designed for staff and future leaders across Unite! universities who wish to drive sustainability transformations within their institutions and beyond.
Across nine interconnected modules, participants explore key dimensions of sustainability in higher education: strategy and governance, energy and campus operations, sustainability monitoring and reporting, eco-design, green business models, sustainable mobility, lifelong learning, and sustainable energy management. The programme combines conceptual foundations with hands-on tools, practical assignments and real case studies from Unite! partner universities.
- Being familiar with the definitions and vocabulary of Sustainability.
- Being aware about how to analyze the sustainability elements in any activity (product design, service, solution development).
- Knowledgeable in specific topics like institutional sustainability, sustainability in higher education, energy efficient and energy
management, sustainable product design, reporting and communication, green business models, mobility and travel, lifelong
learning.
