A course for those who would like to understand the principles of healthy building environment and would like to gain practical skills in measuring and analysing indoor microclimate.

In workshop form you will learn how to assess and improve thermal comfort and indoor conditions!
Our course in an interactive form combines measurement practice, data analysis, and teamwork.
Get a holistic understanding of indoor comfort and environment quality!
Visit our laboratories: climate chamber, mechanical ventilation lab, and relax in our green microclimate lab for windowless interiors.
The workshop objective is:

to acquire competences in the measurement, data analysis, and assessment of thermal comfort conditions and selected parameters of indoor microclimate.

The activities will include experimental work and the analysis of how indoor conditions influences human wellbeing and individual thermal sensations.
The training also includes introduction to statistical analysis of measurement data and the determination of thermal comfort indices.
Participants will prepare a report containing the measurement results, analyses, and conclusions, which will allow them to gain a holistic understanding of the topic.
The training is conducted in English.
